Macro commands from FFXI that are working in FFXIV:

<hp>             Current HP/Max HP
<hpp>           HP Percentage
<me>            Yourself
<mp>            Current MP/Max MP
<mpp>           MP Percentage
<p0> - <p15> Your Group Members (you are p0, then count down the list from there)
<t>                Target
<tp>              Technique Points

Sadly there is no <bt> yet so it is down to manual targeting while in a group.
